After Hours Care:

High Desert Primary Care has two Urgent Care Facilities.  Our Urgent Cares are available for after hours or immediate care.  Our Urgent Care Center are for thoses time when medical attention is necessary, but not life threatening. 

Victorville Urgent Care is open:

Monday through Saturday 8:00am to 8:00pm, Sunday 9:00 am to 5:00pm

Hesperia Urgent Care is open:

Monday to Friday 12:00 to 8:00pm.

High Desert Primary Care is pleased to bring you our Medical Assistant Hotline. Open Monday through Thursday, from 8 am until 8 pm and Friday from 8am to 5 pm, it offers patients access to radiology and lab and pathology results. Plus, if you have been referred to one of our specialists, you can check the status of the referral. It can also be used to call in prescriptions and make appointments, and will serve to answer basic medical questions. Extensive questions will be routed to your primary care provider and will be answered within one to two business days. Stat questions are addressed immediately.
